Ultra Sahara Sand is headquartered in Chettipalayam, Coimbatore. Our quarry and crusher plant at Oratukuppai means we control the entire chain — from the granite we blast to the graded sand we deliver. No middlemen. No compromises.
With distribution yards at Walayar and Kallekkad in Kerala, we serve projects across the Tamil Nadu–Kerala belt with the reliability that contractors depend on.
How It's Made
Hard granite blasted at our own Oratukuppai quarry. Only top-grade rock goes to production.
Vertical Shaft Impactor produces cubical particles — the consistent shape structural concrete demands.
Each batch washed and precision-screened to the exact particle distribution for its grade.
Lab-tested for silt, grading and strength. Collected from our yards or delivered to site.
